Follow #142 from the voice note to the review

Elm Grove sent a voice note at 19:12. By 19:16 it was ticket #142, with bids invited.

Haris answers on the WhatsApp number your tenants already use. It transcribes voice notes and calls, checks photos, asks the two or three questions you'd ask for that kind of fault, then opens a ticket or adds to the one that's already open. At 22:47, when the tenant wrote again, Haris added the message to #142, so your phone stayed quiet.

Northgate repairsThe tenant's WhatsApp, 14 Elm Grove Example
  1. Tenant, 19:12: Transcript: Hi, the boiler's showing F28 and there's no heating or hot water. We've got two kids here.
  2. Haris agent, 19:12: Sorry to hear that. Two quick questions so the engineer comes prepared: what does the pressure gauge on the front of the boiler read? And is it no heating and no hot water, or just one of them?
  3. Tenant, 19:14: Photo: Boiler display showing F28
  4. Tenant, 19:14: Gauge says about 0.6. Neither works.
  5. Haris agent, 19:15: Thanks. I've logged this for Northgate as an urgent repair: no heating or hot water, fault F28, pressure 0.6 bar. Is that right?
  6. Tenant, 19:15: Yes, that's right
  7. Haris agent, 19:16: It's ticket #142. Northgate will send you a time for the engineer here. If you ever smell gas, leave the house and call the National Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999.
  8. Tenant, 22:47: The boiler's showing F28 again, no heating
  9. Haris agent, 22:47: Thanks, I've added that to #142. An engineer has offered Thursday 09:00–11:00 and Northgate will confirm it in the morning.

240 units × £2. Owners and contractors on those units are free.

Tenants install nothing, and you can open the demo app today

Do tenants have to download anything?
No. They message, send a voice note or photo, or call the WhatsApp number they already have for you. Haris answers there, and visit times arrive as WhatsApp buttons.
What does the AI do?
It transcribes voice notes and calls, checks that photos show the problem, asks the questions you'd ask for that kind of fault, works out which flat and which open ticket a message belongs to, and opens or updates the ticket. Anything it isn't sure about goes to your inbox.
What happens in an emergency?
Gas smells, flooding, sparks and no heat in winter are marked emergency with a 4-hour clock, and the agent gives the tenant safety advice straight away, such as leaving the house and calling the gas emergency line.
Who pays?
The managing company: £2 per unit per month, minimum £20. Owners get a free read-only seat and contractors use Haris free.
Which currencies and languages?
Budgets and costs in GBP, SAR or AED. The agent replies in the tenant's own language, and you read every message in English on the ticket.
Can I try it before a demo?
Yes. Open the demo app at app.haris.chat and switch persona top-right to see the manager, owner and contractor views with example data.
